I have discovered a mistake in a publication. Who can I report this mistake to?

The activation code for the book has already been used. What now?
A unique code is printed in each copy of the book. This code can be used to create a personal account, and can only be activated once. The account generated in this way is valid for a limited period (two to five years depending on the publication). If the book is resold, we expect the seller to indicate whether he or she has used the code. This will clarify whether the corresponding electronic material was included in the sale. If the code has already been used, the electronic material was not included in the resale.
The book I received was damaged. What now?
